Dr. Dayjon Gabbidon Chiropractor in Pleasanton, CA
Dr. Dayjon Gabbidon is the lead chiropractor at Eastern Medical Center in Pleasanton, California, where he specializes in Gonstead Chiropractic, a highly precise and analytical approach to chiropractic care focused on structural correction, spinal alignment, and long-term results. He is known for delivering thoughtful, individualized care for patients seeking natural relief from back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, sports injuries, and auto accident-related conditions.
Dr. Gabbidon graduated from Life West Chiropractic College, where he completed four years of rigorous training in spinal biomechanics, neurology, and advanced adjusting techniques. During his education, he developed a strong commitment to evidence-based chiropractic care and structural correction, which ultimately led him to focus on the Gonstead method — a technique respected for its specificity, accuracy, and detailed spinal analysis.
What sets Dr. Gabbidon apart is his emphasis on precision and personalization. Rather than relying on generalized spinal manipulation, he uses a detailed evaluation process that includes posture assessment, spinal analysis, and targeted correction to identify the exact areas requiring adjustment. His approach is centered on making intentional, specific corrections designed to improve alignment, reduce nerve interference, and support better function throughout the body.
Dr. Gabbidon’s care also extends beyond the adjustment itself. To help patients get the most from treatment, he integrates supportive therapies such as soft tissue work, focused muscle therapy, stretching techniques, and mobility-based strategies. This comprehensive style of care is designed to improve comfort, enhance movement, and promote better overall spinal and musculoskeletal function.
His journey into chiropractic began in high school after an influential conversation with a health science teacher, Dr. Kizer, who introduced him to the idea of helping the body heal naturally without drugs or surgery. Later, while working at Livermore Lab in environmental research at age 22, Dr. Gabbidon developed analytical skills that now complement his detailed chiropractic approach. During that time, he also connected with Dr. Teresa Shen, volunteered to learn more about acupuncture and holistic healthcare, and became increasingly inspired by patient-centered, natural medicine. Those experiences helped shape his path toward chiropractic and his commitment to combining analytical precision with compassionate care.
Today, Dr. Dayjon Gabbidon is recognized for his calm, supportive treatment style and his dedication to helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier through precise, results-driven chiropractic care. At Eastern Medical Center, he brings together technical expertise, whole-person attention, and a strong focus on long-term structural improvement for patients in Pleasanton and the surrounding Tri-Valley area.

"I honestly can't say enough good things about this office! Dr. Dayjon's chiropractic work has been amazing, he's truly a master at what he does and you can see and feel the care he puts into his work. Every visit leaves me feeling so much better, and I always enjoy our conversations, which are just as uplifting as the treatment.
I've also had a couple of massages with Dr. Han, and they left me feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I was so relaxed last time that I fully fell asleep!
Dr. Shen is incredible too; her techniques are so well-known that people travel from all over the country to see her. Her team listened to my husband and helped him with the wrist issues he'd been dealing with for years, which has been such a relief. Now he can play guitar solos for our household for hours on end!
Lastly, I couldn't forget a shout out to the staff that run the office, they're always super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit that much better. From start to finish, you really feel like you're in great hands. I look forward to my appointments every single time!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch chiropractic and acupuncture care, as well as massage therapy."

"I saw Dr. Shen in Fremont for Acupuncture and was recommended by her to come and see Dr. Dayjon for a Chiropractic session in Pleasanton for some neck pain and back pain. At first I was opposed to this because I have seen countless Chiropractors and was trying Acupuncture, which is working for me, as Chiropractic has not been successful for me for the past 3 years. Dr. Shen told me Dr. Dayjon practices in a different style of Chiropractic called Gonstead and his sessions are a big difference from those of a regular chiropractic session so I caved in and drove to Pleasanton. I was welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff and filled in depth paperwork. Dr. Dayjon asked very in depth questions as well. He then proceeded to do some muscle testing and felt my muscles for any knots and such. He then stretched and massaged my arms, shoulders, neck and back for about 20 mins and used a massage gun for about 10 mins. He then cracked by lower back, mid back and my upper back. After the session, I felt relaxed and my muscles felt loose and the pain in my neck and back was significantly reduce. The session was 60 mins long with Dr. Dayjon whereas all of the other chiropractors I've seen, I was in and out of the office within 10 mins. No massage, no stretching, no muscle testing, in and out. The best part was I paid $90 for this 60 mins session with Dr. Dayjon whereas with other Chiropractors, I paid $100 for a 10 min session. I definitely will be coming back. My only complaint is Dr. Dayjon is not in Fremont."

"Dr. Dayjon the chiropractor = Mind blown! I saw Dr. Shen in Fremont for Acupuncture and she referred me here to see Dr. Dayjon. I work for Tesla on the assembly line and I had neck, back, and shoulder pain from putting all of the cars together. I saw a different acupuncturist in Fremont and another Chiropractor in Fremont and a physical therapist with no results. I saw Dr. Shen about 2 weeks ago and she really helped me with my pain. She recommended me to come here to see Dr. Dayjon for chiropractic. Dr. Dayjon took his time to really get to know me and my body. He asked a lot of questions, did a bunch of stretching with my shoulders and neck and back, hand massaged me and use a massage gun on me and took the time to look at my x-rays and locate the precise location before cracking my neck and back. I was in the room for a full hour. I asked Dr. Dayjon is the treatment this long only for the first treatment? He said all of the treatments is for an hour. The other chiropractor I went to only took 5 mins. Dr. Dayjon tells me they call that the flying 7 and told me to never tell a chiropractor that lol. Amazing staff, super friendly and a very clean and very well up kept place. The only thing that sucks is that he works in Fremont on Thursday, but not as a chiropractor."
