Keep 2010 Anxiety Free with EMC

We here at Eastern Medical Center hope you had a wonderful holiday and great start to 2010. For many, the New Year is a time of new beginnings and change. Businesses and individuals are reengaging after the holidays and assessing what they need (and want) to do now that it’s January. It’s an exciting time, but for many it’s also a stressful one.

In order to have a productive beginning to the year, it’s essential to keep anxiety at a minimum. Anxiety affects your thinking, health, mood … and just about everything else. There’s definitely “a lot to do,” but there’s help to ensure you’re not overloaded with stress in the process.
